Article marketing seems to be all the rage these days among cyber entrepreneurs, but is it worth the time?
Basically, article marketing is a form of search engine optimization advertising. The business owner either writes their own articles or pays someone to write the articles for them. The articles should interesting and well written about certain keywords. The website owner then submits their articles to submission sites or uploads the articles directly to their website. The idea is that search engines will pick up these articles faster than other forms of SEO causing the business owner’s website to increase it’s search engine ranking.
As long as your articles are well written, they can also help your to gain credibility in your field, which will in turn, create a sense of trust from potential customers.
I have been researching this fun way of marketing my business, and must say that so far, I am intrigued.

Bum marketing is nothing new than advertising for nothing..in this case, having an article really helps the google rank as the same url can be found in different articles found in different places but all referring to the same url. So, Google thinks it's a valuable url on this specific topic...

I have found that article marketing is an absolutely necessary part of any SEO campaign. Although most of the back links are fairly low quality, you can generate enough volume to be worth while.

I would also like to add that, in addition to a well-written article, an seo-optimized headline is critical if you want traffic to your article. Try to find a keyword (or, keyword phrase) which people are likely to put into a search engine, and put that in your headline. Your headline will most likely be included in the url for that page on the article site.
And, don't bother submitting to all the article sites out there. Many are truly just a waste of your time. Stick to the ones with the pr juice: ezinearticles.com, isnare.com or goarticles.com.
