Every spring/summer I go through the entire family's closets and get rid of clothes that no longer fit or that noone wears anymore.  Since I have two rapidly growing boys, their clothes don't show much wear before they outgrow them.  I usually have a yard sale each year to get rid of unwanted clutter around my house, including all of those clothes! 

Well, this time I decided to give Ebay a try.  Oh my!  My little guys used clothes are selling for new prices!  I'm so excited I could just scream!

The moral of this story?  Ebay is super user friendly and it's easy as pie to set up an account.  If you have things laying around your house that you want to get rid of, why not research similar items on Ebay and see if it's worth the effort to set up an auction? 

There are plenty of free templates on the net to help you set up professional looking auctions (which obviously grab more attention from buyers).  The one I use is Auctiva.com.  It's a free site and the tools are magnificent!

Who knows, you may even just make enough money to start up that business you're dreaming about!

  Oh yeah, and beware...Ebay can be addictive!  Good luck!
